Two superbly equipped, air conditioned studios perfect for tuition, recording and drum practice. Ash Bash Studios are open 10am-10pm 7 days a week.
Studio 1
Two kits, side by side, so you can play, watch and learn all at the same time. Both kits have double bass drum pedals connected. Learn in a complete recording studio environment and leave the studio after each lesson with a MiniDisc of your lesson progress.
Studio 2
All the teaching facilities of Studio 1 with the addition of a comprehensive drum library of tuition videos and DVDs. Full balanced play back thru mixers mean you can watch videos or DVDs to study and play along.
Practice Studios
Once enrolled as a drum student, (on second lesson) you are eligible to use the studios to practice and to get familiar with the latest equipment in a relaxed, modern surrounding.
Many drumming techniques are covered such as sticking/reading & writing drum notation/timing with clicks & music/independence & co-ordination/rudiments solo skills and most importantly improvisation. (see syllabus)
Learn to utilise click tracks/sequencers/loops/CDs/MDs/tapes/Songs minus drums and become familiar with all the skills necessary in the modern world of drumming. This place is a lot fun.
Ash Bash Studios create a wonderful environment to learn and to communicate with an experienced teacher on a private one to one basis.
Lessons are booked in 60min or 30min slots.
