Take 14-20 middle managers. Set-up two drum kits. Add lots of percussion.
Have a blast for two hours with a tea break in the middle (naturally).
What a day away from the office.

Ash Bash Circles are essentially group drumming sessions based on team build days organised for corporate clients. Past clients have included The Hilton Group, Days INN and Forte Hotels. Two kits are set in the middle of a circle of nervous looking individuals but after two hours everyone is playing in a massive group session having a wonderful time.

Most of the participants have absolutely no experience of drums or drumming on these sessions. Mike Davey handles all the confidence building in the mornings and Simon Ash then does the team drumming in the afternoon.

Feedback is incredible and those who come along leave feeling energised and alive, such is the positive power of drumming.
